I would like to take this moment to express my appreciation to Josh, Daniel, Ralph and his Raleigh team. This past Tuesday I was in urgent need of a Honeywell VFD. I called Josh and he located one at distribution warehouse in Durham. He put together the pickup and return of this VFD by the end of the business day which enabled our taking care of a Critical Heath Care Customer. It was a very stressful time while we diagnosed the failure and then began putting together a plan to get cooling temporarily restored. We picked up the drive when it arrived and then installed it to return the building back to original design operation. What an outstanding effort during our collective TEAMWORK. Hopefully you’ll recall this,

Some of my Navy history: Ships underway use semaphore (flags, lights etc) to express signals whether for ship to ship communications and other events. That said, there are two flags “Bravo and Zulu” when combined becomes known as “Job Well Done”. So I would like to offer a BRAVO ZULU to everyone that assisted Piedmont in during this crucial time. Although I have personally thanked Josh, I would greatly appreciate if you would do the same and relay these comments to your staff and entire team.
